OUR

CLIENT CASE STUDY

Lousiana Culinary Trails

RSC planned and executed wildly different events on consecutive nights to spread the message of the campaign, which visits major cities throughout the country to inspire travel to the Bayou State. RSC brought the event to life in Charlotte in a way that showcased Louisiana’s eight distinct culinary regions (or trails), identifying chefs for partnership, then building a plan to manage the pairings at 14 Charlotte locations.

A strategic media swag drop launched our campaign. The VIP preview party included 150 media, VIPs and influencers, with the 14 visiting Louisiana chefs serving regional bites. The second night featured the Louisiana and Charlotte chefs at 14 restaurants across the Queen City.

In Their Words

Rachel Sutherland Communications is an incredible agency to work with. We hired them to work on our campaign, Louisiana Culinary Trails, that brings Louisiana culinary experiences across the nation.

To bring the campaign to life in the Queen City, the Rachel Sutherland Communications firm produced and promoted a two-part Louisiana culinary-themed event, which included a consumer-facing Restaurant Night featuring one-night-only menus designed by Louisiana-Charlotte chef pairings and an exclusive media/influencer Preview Night reception.

Rachel Sutherland Communications also worked with a variety of subcontractors to execute the major elements of the campaign in Charlotte.

Even with all of these moving pieces, the team at RSC went ABOVE and BEYOND. We could not recommend them more.
